At Vocal Credit Union, the safety of our customers’ information is our top priority. To continue to protect our members’ information, on Monday, April 11, 2022, we will be enhancing the security of our Home Banking and Mobile App.
We will be offering the option to turn on SMS Multi-Factor authentication to our members. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires customers to provide two or more means of identification verification to gain access to their accounts. MFA helps decrease the likelihood of a successful cyber attack, which can lead to your personal information being stolen. We value our members’ privacy and personal information, so we want to take steps to enhance our security to ensure customers stay safe from cyber criminals.
