What does Vocal Credit Union do with your personal information?

SMS Programs

Vocal Credit Union values your privacy. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. However, we may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide messaging services. These third parties may include platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors assisting with the delivery of text messages.

When you provide your phone number to Vocal Credit Union through our membership agreement or loan application, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your account, including account alerts, fraud notices, loan updates, and appointment reminders. You agree to receive marketing and informational messages ( customer care, 2FA, account notification, fraud alerts, announcements) from Vocal Credit Union. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us: Vocal Credit Union. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Opt-outs must be done via text.

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Our physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are designed to protect your data from unauthorized access. Access to your information is restricted to authorized personnel, and we utilize industry-standard security practices to ensure your privacy.
