Persons who live, worship, work in, or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entities located in Beaverhead, Broadwater, Golden Valley, Jefferson County, Judith Basin, Lewis and Clark, Madison, Meagher, Powell, Wheatland county Montana, OR be related to someone who meets the qualifications above.
