What does Vocal Credit Union do with your personal information?

SMS Programs
Vocal Credit Union values your privacy. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. However, we may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide messaging services. These third parties may include platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors assisting with the delivery of text messages.
You will receive periodic messages from Vocal Credit Union. Message frequency may vary. Email IT@vocal.coop to unsubscribe or for assistance with your account. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
Opting In: By signing up for our SMS Program, you consent to receive messages regarding your Vocal account via text. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency may vary.
Opting Out: To stop receiving texts, email IT@vocal.coop, request to be opted out, and we will remove you.
Program Description: Vocal Credit Union will use this program to inform you on updates and information regarding your account with Vocal Credit Union.
Cost and Frequency: Standard messaging and data rates apply. Message frequency varies based on your engagement.
