Thank you for your patience as we continue the remodel of our Helena Branch. We’re excited to share that the project is currently on schedule, and we expect to wrap up Phase 1 of the renovation in mid-July.
Phase 1 has focused on the Member Service and operations side of the building, and the updates are already making a big difference. With new paint on the walls, new windows, updated flooring, and a more open operations area, the space is looking terrific.
Phase 1: Member Service Side Reopening Soon
We expect the drive-up and operations side to be open for business during the day on Tuesday, July 21. At that time, members will also be able to use the main door again and see the updated Member Service side of the branch.
We appreciate everyone who adjusted their routines during this phase of construction. Your patience has helped make this progress possible.
Phase 2: Loan Area Renovation Begins July 21
Phase 2 of the remodel will begin shortly after Phase 1 wraps up and will impact the loan area of the branch.
The loan side will be closed beginning July 21 until the end of the project. During this phase, some staff will be working remotely, but we will continue to have a loan officer available to serve our members.

Saturday Hours Update
We have made the decision to stop being open on Saturdays.
We know this change may impact some members, and we want to help you find the best way to continue accessing the services you need. Vocal offers several options for managing your accounts and completing transactions, and our team is happy to sit down with members who may be affected by this change to determine the best way to serve your needs.

9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Expected Completion Timeline
We anticipate completing the full remodel, inside and out, in October 2026.
