We’re excited about the progress being made and appreciate members continuing to plan ahead while construction continues.

Phase 2: Loan Area Renovation Begins July 21

Phase 2 of the remodel begins after Phase 1 and will impact the loan area of the branch.

The loan side will be closed beginning July 21 until the end of the project. During this phase, some staff will be working remotely, but we will continue to have a loan officer available to serve our members.

Saturday Hours Update

Vocal has made the decision to stop being open on Saturdays.

We know this change may impact some members, and we want to help you find the best way to continue accessing the services you need. Vocal offers several options for managing your accounts and completing transactions, and our team is happy to sit down with members who may be affected by this change to determine the best way to serve your needs.

Current Hours During the Remodel

During the remodel, our Helena Branch hours will remain:

Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Expected Completion Timeline

We anticipate completing the full remodel, inside and out, in October 2026.
