A Proven Leader Within Vocal

Dallas has served within the credit union movement since 2017 and brings more than 20 years of financial industry experience to his new role. Since joining Vocal Credit Union, he has served as branch manager and more recently as Executive Vice President.

Prior to his time at Vocal, Dallas served as branch manager for Dutton State Bank in White Sulphur Springs after working as an Ag & Commercial Loan Officer for 1st Bank in Sidney, Montana.

With substantial industry experience, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of Vocal’s members and communities, Dallas is well prepared to lead the credit union into its next chapter.

Prepared to Serve Members and Community

Dallas holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana Western, is a graduate of the School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado, and graduated from the Zealyst Forge CEO Readiness program.

He is also actively engaged in the community and resides in White Sulphur Springs with his wife, Lacey. They have two college-aged children, Jessa and Trey, who both attend the University of Wyoming in Laramie.

“I am deeply honored and excited for the opportunity to lead Vocal Credit Union,” said Dallas Rasmussen. “I have seen firsthand how credit unions can positively impact their communities and serve their members. I am honored to continue Vocal’s strong foundation of service and look forward to working alongside the Board and our amazing and talented team.”

A Thoughtful Transition

To support an orderly transition, Eddie will remain with the credit union for a period of time to assist Dallas. Effective October 1, Dallas will serve as President and CEO.

Dan Rooney, Chair of Vocal’s Board of Directors, shared the Board’s confidence in Dallas’s appointment, noting Dallas’s preparation for the role, his commitment to members, and his proven operational expertise.

Continuing Vocal’s Mission

Vocal Credit Union remains committed to providing personalized financial services, fostering financial well-being, and supporting the communities it serves.

As this leadership transition takes place, Vocal is grateful for Eddie’s service and excited to welcome Dallas into this new role. The credit union looks forward to continued growth, service, and community impact in the years ahead.
