We continue to take the COVID 19 crisis very seriously and do not plan to reopen up the lobbies until a vaccine is available to the general public. It is imperative to us that we keep the staff safe so that they may continue to serve the membership. We appreciate your patience and support as we navigate through the COVID pandemic.

- The lobbies are open by appointments only! We will require a mask to enter the branch

Effective April 1, 2021 will be expanding our hours to 9:00 – 5:00 at the Helena branch to better serve our members.
We encourage members to use the technological services that we have in place, including:
- Check out the new web site and Home Banking access available at vocal.coop
- Mobile banking app available on your Apple or Android device
- Remote deposit capture
- Electronic signatures
- ATMs located in the drive-up at both branches
We are holding our 2021 Annual Meeting on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. via ZOOM. If you would like to join us please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you out a link to the meeting when it gets closer. We are pleased to announce that we are enhancing our security on our Home Banking site to true “Multi-Factor Authorization”. This will help our members keep their data even more safe and secure. We are planning to do the changeover July 2021 and will get notification and instructions out in advance to make the enhancement as simple as process.
