Vocal Credit Union will be undergoing a major renovation of our Helena Main Branch beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2026. We’re excited to improve the space for our members, and we also want to be very clear about the temporary changes this will require.
This post covers the dates, hours, and how to access service during the remodel so you can plan your visits accordingly.
Key Dates and Closure Information
Here are the most important updates:
Drive-Up Closure
The drive-up will be closed May 23 through July 6, 2026, due to remodel work.
Saturday Closures (Helena Branch)
The Helena branch will be closed on Saturdays from May 23 through July 4, 2026.
Temporary Branch Hours During the Remodel
Our remodel hours will be Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
How to Enter the Branch During Construction
During the first phase of the renovation, we will be renovating the Member Service side of the building. To keep things moving safely and efficiently:
- Please use the LoyalSource door located south of our regular entrance.
- If you are unable to physically come into the building, we can help you from the parking lot.
- A sign will be posted outside with a phone number to call, and a staff member will meet you outside to assist.
Lending Services During the Remodel (Starting Early July)
We expect to begin work on the lending side of the building in early July. During this phase:
- Some members of our lending team may be working remotely.
- We will continue to have a loan officer on-site to serve your needs.
Expected Project Timeline
We anticipate completing the entire remodel—inside and out—by October 2026.
